US EPA initiates more pesticide registration reviews

  The US EPA has opened the public comments for registration reviews of some pesticides, which are EPA’s periodic review of pesticide registrations to ensure that each pesticide continues to satisfy the statutory standard for registration. The pesticides include the herbicides, bispyribac-sodium, imazamethabenz, imazamox, imazapyr, mecoprop-P, mesotrione and pyraflufen-ethyl ;the fungicides etridiazole, pyraclostrobin and zoxamide; the acaricide, propargite. The public comments have been opened until August 25, 2014.
